General Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal in accordance with the journal's Aims and Scope. All submissions will be assessed by the Editors to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be assigned an Action Editor (a member of the Editorial Team) who will then send out the submission for blinded peer review by at least two reviewers unaffiliated with the submission. The review process will result in one of the following decisions: Accept with no change, Reject, Reject and Resubmit, Accept with Major Revisions, and Accept with Minor Revisions.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of your institution and the study's country.

Articles that use text created by Generative AI in the main body of the paper will not be reviewed and will be desk-rejected. In addition, editors may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Formatting

Submissions must follow APA 7th Edition guidelines for formatting and preparation of manuscripts.

Word Limit

Manuscripts should not exceed 8000 words, excluding title, abstract, figures, tables and references.
